  • Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Coastal Medical will acquire the details of the position from you so we may present the most qualified applicants for your needs. By clearly understanding your position requirements, we will select the most suitable candidates.

    You will be asked to complete a credit application and provide wage information as well as a job description for the position. We will provide a rate letter to you and provide information on our services and our policies.

  • The timeframe for successfully finding an employee for you is going to vary based on our current employee base and your specific needs. We are committed to sending the most qualified applicants. You may choose to conduct interviews of the presented candidates, or we can fill the position based on the qualifications you provide and simply dispatch them to your work site.

  • Every applicant is reference-checked based on the work history provided. Coastal Medical can conduct various screenings to include drug screens and criminal and credit background checks. Coastal will mirror any customized screening needs at your request. These can be coordinated through our office or you may decide to conduct them yourself through your usual service providers.

  • We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to observe the employee’s performance in the work setting to determine if that employee is suitable for permanent hire. If you are not satisfied with an employee within the first four hours, we will replace that employee at no cost. Additionally, we offer direct hire services, and the guarantees vary based on the contract for each client.

  • The fee to you will vary based on several factors including account volume, workers’ comp costs and lead time for our staffing specialists. Coastal Medical is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price.

    By using Coastal Medical’s temp-to-hire program, the hiring risk is out of your hands. If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace that employee without the burden of cost for a full-time hire on your payroll. We cover workers’ compensation and unemployment costs, eliminating the stress of recruiting and sorting applications for qualified candidates. Coastal Medical invests in our own employees by providing training and certification for all of our office staff. We can be a resource to you when questions arise about staffing and employment.
